I was honoured to give a keynote presentation at the EU sponsored conference on Heritage, Food and Rural Development in Krakow, organized by Prof Hernik of Krakow Agricultural University. My talk, on Sept 27, focused on Craft and food as drivers of local rural development, and the importance of narrative, interpretation and brand.
